Common questions about textile cleaning 💬

Here we collect the answers to what customers ask about most often. Cannot find your question? Send us a WhatsApp message, we reply quickly.

How long does it take to clean a sofa?
A standard 3-seater sofa takes between 1 and 2 hours including pre-treatment, deep cleaning and extraction. Larger corner sofas or heavily soiled furniture may take a bit longer. We always give you a time estimate before we start.
How long until the fabric is dry again?
Most furniture and rugs are dry within 4 to 8 hours. It depends on the thickness of the fabric, room ventilation and temperature. We are happy to give you tips on site for how to speed up drying.
Do we have to move the furniture or leave the home?
No, you do not. We move lighter pieces ourselves and cover the floor when needed. You can stay home as usual, we disturb as little as possible.
How does the RUT deduction work in practice?
You pay only half the price directly on the invoice. We handle all contact with the Swedish Tax Agency for you. All you need is a Swedish personal number and to have paid sufficient tax during the year.
What if a stain does not come out?
We are honest from the start: some stains (old red wine, sun-bleached spots or permanent discolouration) can be hard to remove completely. We always assess the result together with you, and if we can see a stain will not come out fully, we say so before we start.
Are your cleaning agents safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly and skin-safe cleaning agents approved for home use. Once the fabric is dry, it is completely safe for children and pets to use again.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice with the RUT deduction already applied. You can pay by bank giro, Swish or card. For businesses we also offer contract invoicing.
